How this works
  • Shared studio: everyone on the team sees the same SKUs, prompts, images and settings, live. Anyone can add SKUs, edit prompts or start runs.
  • The queue runs on the server. Once you press Run, you can close the page or switch off your computer. Work carries on and finished images wait here.
  • Fair sharing: when two people run batches at once, their jobs take turns, so nobody waits behind a huge batch.
  • Adding SKUs: import a folder (one sub-folder per SKU, named with the SKU code, holding its collages), drop photos and a sheet, or type them in Add SKUs by hand. Photos are shrunk in your browser before upload, so uploads are quick.
  • Downloads: each SKU window has a ZIP button. Select several SKUs and press Download ZIP to get them all, one folder per SKU, with the prompts and a report.
  • Speed tier: set this to your OpenAI usage tier (platform.openai.com → Settings → Limits). Tier 1 allows 5 images a minute, Tier 2 allows 20.
